筋骨康药酒长期毒性实验研究

Long-Term Toxicity Experiment of Jingukang Medicine Wine

目的:观察筋骨康药酒对大鼠的长期毒性。方法:80只大鼠随机分为4组,每组20只(雌雄各半)。包括筋骨康药酒高剂量组(0.02 m L·g-1)、中剂量组(0.01 m L·g-1)、低剂量组(0.005 m L·g-1)及对照组,对照组给予0.02 m L·g-1的白酒(体积分数43%)。灌胃给药,每日2次,连续90 d。结果:大鼠生长发育良好,无一死亡。实验动物外观行为活动、体质量增长、主要脏器系数、肝功能、肾功能、血象等指标与空白对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),对心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑、胃、小肠等主要脏器组织结构肉眼及显微镜检查亦无异常发现,均未见明显毒性反应。结论:筋骨康药酒在临床人用量的24倍,连续给药90 d,对大鼠安全可靠。

Objective：To observe the long-term toxicity of Jingukang medicine wine.Methods：80 rats were randomly divided into four groups,20 （male and female half）in each group,including high dose group （0.02 mL·g -1 ）,middle dose group （0.01 mL·g -1 ）, low dose group （0.005 mL·g -1 ）and control group.The control group was given 0.02 mL·g -1 （volume fraction 43%）liquor.Intra-gastric administration,2 times daily,continuous 90 d.Results：The growth and development of rats were good,no one died.Compared ex-perimental animal appearance activities,body quality growth,main viscera coefficient,indexes of liver function and renal function,hemo-gram with blank control group,there were no statistically significant difference （P 〉0.05）.Observation of liver,spleen,lung,kidney, brain,stomach,small intestine such as the structure of the organization,there was no abnormal findings with no obvious toxic effect.Con-clusion：Jingukang medicine wine in 24 times of clinical dosage,continuous dosing 90 d,safe and reliable of rat.
