摘要
百合中含有百合甾体皂苷、百合多糖、生物碱类等活性成分,还含有磷脂类、蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素和大量微量元素等营养物质;具有润肺止咳,清心安神,增强机体免疫力等功效;临床主要用于治疗阴虚燥咳、劳嗽咳血、阴虚有热之心悸失眠及百合病心肺阴虚内热证等。百合作为药食同源的植物,应积极开发其在临床应用以及保健类食品等方面的应用。
Baihe(Lily)containing Lily steroidal saponins,Lily polysaccharides,alkaloids,also containing phospholipid,protein,amino acids,vitamins and trace elements.It has effect of moistening lung to arrest cough,calm the nerves and enhance immunity,always used in clinic for the treatment of yin deficiency and dryness cough,over-strained cough,Yin deficiency with insomnia and Lily disease heart and lung yin deficiency.As Homology of Medicine and Food,we should develop its application in clinical application and health food.
