中西医结合治疗稽留流产临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Missed Abortion with Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

目的:观察生化汤联合米非司酮对稽留流产患者流产、出血情况的影响。方法:将90例稽留流产患者随机为对照组和治疗组,每组各45例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用生化汤加减治疗。治疗后比较两组患者的完全流产率、不全流产率、清宫率、出血量情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组患者的完全流产率、不全流产率、清宫率及出血情况与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生化汤化联合米非司酮治疗稽留流产可有效提高完全流产率,减少出血量,降低并发症。

Objective：To observe the effect of Shenghua decoction combined with mifepristone on missed abortion,bleeding.Methods：90 cases of missed abortion were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with the addition of Shenghua Tang on the basis of the control group.After treatment,compared two groups of patients with complete abortion rate,incomplete abortion rate,rate of curettage,bleeding volume and adverse reaction incidence.Results：Treatment group,the rate of complete abortion,incomplete abortion rate,dilatation and curettage rate and bleeding and compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Shenghua Tang of combined with mifepristone in the treatment of missed abortion can effectively improve the rate of complete abortion, reduce the amount of bleeding,decrease complications.
