摘要
目的:观察益气养阴、解毒活血法治疗急性冠脉综合征的临床疗效。方法:将120例急性冠脉综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服自拟中药方,治疗4周后观察两组临床疗效,两组患者心电图疗效、两组患者中医证候积分、血清基质金属蛋白酶-7、热休克蛋白60水平的变化。结果:两组患者临床疗效比较,治疗组有效率为95.0%,对照组有效率为86.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在提高心电图疗效,降低中医证候积分、降低血清基质金属蛋白酶-7和热休克蛋白60水平方面显著优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴、解毒活血法疗在改善患者临床症状和心电图表现,减轻急性冠脉综合征发病的炎性反应、降低斑块的不稳定性方面疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the effect of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,removing toxin and activating blood circulation method in treating acute coronary syndrome.Methods:1 20 cases of acute coronary syndrome patients were randomly divided into treat-ment group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine and treatment group was given Chinese herbal medicine based on control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups, ECG curative effect of two groups of patients,two groups of patients with TCMsymptoms integral,serum levels of matrix metalloprotein-ase-7 and heat shock protein 60 levels.Results:The clinical efficacy was 95.0% in treatment group and 86.7% in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05).Combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group in improving the effect of electrocardiogram(ECG),reduce TCMsyndrome integral,reduce serum matrix metalloproteinase-7 and heat shock protein 60 levels was significantly better than that of western medicine treatment with statistical significance(P 〈0.01 ).Conclusion:Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,removing toxin and activating blood circulation therapy have significant effect in improving the clinical symptoms and ECG,reduce acute coronary syndrome pathogenesis of inflammatory reaction and reduce plaque instability effect.
