钩藤天麻胶囊治疗缺血性中风急性期风火痰瘀互结证临床研究

Clinical Research of Gouteng Tianma Capsule in Treating Wind Phlegm and Blood Stasis of Ischemic Stroke

目的:观察钩藤天麻胶囊治疗缺血性中风急性期风火痰瘀互结证的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用西药基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用钩藤天麻胶囊治疗。两组共治疗14 d,随访1个月。观察两组患者治疗前、治疗后及随访1个月后神经功能缺损程度评分、中医证候积分。结果:治疗14 d后,两组患者神经功能缺损程度评分均较治疗前有不同程度下降(P<0.05),两组患者组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),两组患者中医证候积分比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。随访1个月后,两组患者神经功能缺损评分较治疗前有不同程度下降(P<0.05),但治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05);两组患者中医证候积分较治疗前有不同程度改善(P<0.05),但治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:钩藤天麻胶囊治疗缺血性中风急性期风火痰瘀互结证疗效显著,且无明显不良反应。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of Gouteng Tianma Capsule in treating wind phlegm and blood stasis of ischemic stroke. Methods ：60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine and the treatment group was given Gouteng Tianma Capsule based on control group. The two groups were treated for 2 weeks, followed for 1 month. Observe the neurologic impairment score and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome inte- gration of two groups before and after treatment. Results ： After 2 weeks of treatment,the neurologic impairment score of two groups had different degree decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, there was no significant difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Compared the TCM syndrome integral of two groups, there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After 1 month follow-up, the neurologic impairment score of two groups had different degree decreased （P 〈 0.05 ）, but the treatment group improved more significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The TCM syndrome score of two groups had improved （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but the treatment group improved more significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Gouteng Tianma Capsule in treating wind phlegm and blood stasis of ischemic stroke has significant effect with no obvious adverse reactions.
