中药烫洗联合伊曲康唑胶囊治疗手足癣临床研究

Clinical Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Itraconazole Capsules in Treating Tinea Manus and Pedis

目的:观察中药烫洗联合伊曲康唑胶囊治疗手足癣的临床疗效。方法:60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用口服伊曲康唑胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药烫洗治疗,共治疗14 d,观察两组临床疗效及症状改善情况。结果:两组临床疗效比较,治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者真菌清除率比较,治疗组真菌清除率为90.00%,对照组真菌清除率为76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后症状平均积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药烫洗联合伊曲康唑胶囊治疗手足癣疗效显著。文献引用:吴盟.中药烫洗联合伊曲康唑胶囊治疗手足癣临床研究[J].中医学报,2015,30(7):1063-1065.

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Itraconazole Capsules in treating tinea manus and pedis.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The con-trol group was treated by Itraconazole Capsules and treatment group was treated for 2 weeks based on control group.Observed the clini-cal curative effect and symptoms improvement of two groups.Results：The clinical efficacy was 93.33% in treatment group and 76.67%in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05 ）.The fungal clearance was 90.00% in treatment group and 76.67% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Compared the average score of symptoms of two groups, there was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine combined with Itraconazole Capsules in treating tinea manus and pedis has evident curative effect.
