摘要
目的:确定长萼堇菜总黄酮超声辅助提取较佳工艺条件.方法:在单因素实验基础上,选择料液比、乙醇浓度、超声时间为考察因素,以长萼堇菜总黄酮提取量为指标,采用Box-Benhnken设计优化其提取条件.结果:长萼堇菜总黄酮较佳提取工艺为:超声时间16 min、料液比1︰21(g/mL)、乙醇浓度81%.在此条件下,通过模拟得到的二次回归方程预测模型,预测的总黄酮得率为21.39 mg/g,实测值为21.21 mg/g,预测值与实测值符合良好.结论:采用BoxBenhnken设计法分析结果可靠,得到了长萼堇菜总黄酮超声辅助提取的较佳工艺条件.
Objective.To study the optimal ultrasonic- assisted extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Viola inconspicua. Methods: Based on the single-factor tests, the ultrasound-assisted extraction process parameters of total flavonoids from Viola inconspicua were optimized by the Box-Benhnken de- sign method on the ultrasonic time, material - liquid ratio and ethanol concentration. The yield of to- tal flavonoids was used as the responsive values. Results:The optimal extraction conditions of total flavonoids were ultrasonic time 16min, material-liquid ratio of 1.21 (g/ml), ethanol concentration of 81 %. Under the optimal conditions, the maximum extraction rate of total flavonoids was 21.21mg/g, which was consistent with the predicted yield (21.39rag/g) through the quadratic regression model that the extraction efficiency of total flavonoids established. Conclusion:Box-Benhnken design method is applicable for the optimization of ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from Viola inconspicua.
