摘要
合理的货物搭配是提高车辆装载率,降低运输成本的有效措施.装配供应链上游的供应物流的复杂性,使零部件的供应难与制造商的生产需求相匹配.根据对供应物流的分析与零部件需求的相关性,设计了一种基于匹配供应与模糊聚类分析的货物搭配,使货物配装在保证零部件匹配供应的同时,提升了供应物流的服务水平,降低其运作成本.通过实例计算说明了算法的有效性.
Reasonable cargo collocation is one of the effective measures which can improve the loading rate of vehicle and reduce the transportation cost.The complexity of supply logistics which is situated in the upstream of the assembly supply chain makes it difficult to match the supply of parts with the manufacturer's needs.In this paper,it designed a method of cargo collocation based on fuzzy clustering analysis and matching supply,according to the analysis of supply logistics and the relevant requirements of parts.The method can ensure matching supply of parts,meanwhile it can promote service level of supply logistics and reduce operating costs.At last,the results of the example can verify that the method is effective.
