摘要
随着列车运行速度的不断提高,对其制动能力的要求也越来越高,但目前传统制动装置尚无实质性的设计改进.根据206型客车转向架制动梁的结构特点,基于TB/T 2400—1993车辆制动梁载荷试验方法,运用Abaqus软件分析了其静强度.在此基础上使用Fe-Safe软件进行了制动梁寿命估算,分析了制动梁的薄弱环节并提出了改进建议.
With the increase of running speed of the train,the requirement for the train braking capacity is also increasing.However,the traditional design of brake beam doesn′t have enough improvement.According to the structural property of bogie brake beam for 206-type passenger car,the static intensity of the brake beam is analyzed by employing Abaqus software based on the load test method for vehicle brake beam in TB/T 2400—1993.Furthermore,the fatigue life of brake beam is estimated by using Fe-Safe software,the weakness of the brake beam is analyzed and recommendations for improvement are proposed.
