摘要
根据我国智能电网的发展情况,建立智能电网的评价指标体系,运用改进熵权法对评价指标进行赋权,结合灰色关联分析理论,建立了基于改进熵和灰色关联分析的智能电网综合评价模型,通过案例说明了方法的合理性。当涉及多个评价对象时,采用熵权法对各因子赋权,只需1次计算即可,无需对每个监测点进行权重计算,从而使模糊评价过程大大简化,评价的结果更为客观、合理。
Evaluation index system of the smart grid was established based on the development of smart grid in China, and evaluation indexes were weighted by improved entropy weight method, With theory of grey association analysis comprehensive evaluation model of smart grid based on improved entropy and grey association analysis was established. The rationality of the model is manifested by cales. When involving multiple evaluation objects, the calculation can be completed in only one step if using the entropy weight method to various factor empowerment, instead of performing multiple weight calculation for each monitoring point.Thus the fuzzy evaluation process is greatly simplified and the evaluation result is objective and reasonable.
