摘要
科研组织的核心价值活动是科学研究,非营利性特点使其发展模式也具有独特性。选择中国科学院大连化学物理所和心理研究所作为研究对象,利用扎根理论对访谈资料进行编码分析。研究发现:科研组织发展的4个关键要素是战略规划、组织结构、激励体系和科研价值,要素之间具有紧密的逻辑和协同关系。基于此,构建了科研组织发展的路径模型。
Research is the core activity of research organizations, and the characteristic of nonprofit makes its development mode unique. The study selected Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics and Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences as the research objects, and did coding analysis on the interview data using grounded theory. The study shows: The four key elements of research organizations" development are strategic planning, organization structures, incentive systems and research value and there are close logic and collaborative relationships among the elements. Finally the path model of research organizations" development is constructed. The results can provide ideas for sustainable development of research organizations.
