生态城市视角下创新型城市研究——以江苏省清河新区生态城市模式创新为例

Research on Innovative City from Eco-city Perspective

以生态城市视角为切入点,对生态城市理论核心要素进行整合并形成研究框架。以江苏省淮安市清河新区生态城市模式创新实践为典型案例,为我国创新型城市理论建设的生态维度探索,以及生态城市模式创新的政策实践提供借鉴。研究认为:生态城市创新模式是我国创新型城市建设的重要方向,文化-历史集聚、社会-功能完善、时-空合理布局所形成的三层次生态城市理论框架及其对自然与环境健康、经济可持续、社会和谐等目标维度的整合提供了生态城市模式创新的重要分析工具,基于此,清河新区生态城市模式创新形成了自身独特性,具有典型借鉴价值。

Based on the eco-city perspective,this paper establishes an integrated framework composed of key elements of eco-city theory, and does a case study of Eco-city Innovation Mode of Qinghe District,Jiangsu Province, which provides pro- posals and implications for innovative city of China. The results of this paper indicate that eco-city innovation mode is an important direction for innovative city of China. The comprehensive framework integrated with three-layer eco-city theory which is composed of culture-histroy agglomeration, social-function improvement,time-space rational distribution and three evaluation dimensions which refers to nature and environment health, economy sustainability and social harmony, provides significant method for analysis of eco-city research. Based on the integrated model,the eco-city innovation mode of Qinghe District is distinctive and provides great implications.
