Industrial Structure Evolution Research Driven by RJVs Innovation

全球科技竞争使得研发创新成为企业和产业价值提升的关键,创新要素成为产业发展演化的核心驱动力。在演化经济学理论基础上,从微观视角将RJVs联合研发创新与新兴产业的诞生、创新成本异质性与产业结构演化联系起来。在现代产业体系形成过程中,合作研发创新的成熟使得研发、信息等新兴产业伴随研发职能的独立而孕育催生;价值链、知识链、物联网也日渐成为RJVs研发驱动产业集群创新升级的协同路径。同时,RJVs合作研发资源整合为成员企业带来研发成本分摊优势,产业结构因研发成本异质性而发生演化变迁,其结果是向最有研发创新效率的企业节点聚焦收敛。

The global competition of science and technology makes R＆D innovation to be the key element ior enterprises and industry value enhancement. Then the innovative factors become the core driving force for industry development. Based on the theory of evolution economics, RJVs joint innovation and the birth of new industries and the heterogeneity of the innovation cost are associated with industrial structure evolution from the micro perspective. In the process of the for- mation of a modern industrial system, mature cooperation innovation will make R＆D, information, and other emerging in- dustries occur with independent R＆D functions formed. The value chain, knowledge chain, internet of things are also be- coming to the driving paths for industrial clusters innovation. At the same time, the R＆D cost allocation advantage front RJVS R＆D resources integration, makes industrial structure change because of R＆D cost heterogeneity. The result is that industry structure focus toward the enterprises with the most R^D innovation efficiency.
