摘要
矿产资源的开发利用为人类社会经济的快速发展提供了保障,但是矿产开采引起的生态破坏已成为当今亟待解决的环境问题之一。我国矿区生态修复引起有关部门和学者的广泛重视和关注,但与国外矿业发达国家生态修复研究相比还相对滞后。文章介绍了国内外生态修复的研究进展、我国典型矿区生态修复研究概况,包括修复规模、修复主体、修复技术、有关法律与政策规定,并从建立完善的法律体系、建立健全管理和执法监督体制、加强生态修复技术研究等方面,对我国矿区生态修复研究工作提出了几点建议。
The development and utilization of mineral resources provides the guarantee for the rapid development of economy of human society, but the ecological damage caused by mining has become one of today＇s environmental problems to be solved. Ecological restoration in mining area caused the extensive attention and concern of relevant departments and scholars, but compared with foreign mining ecological restoration research in developed countries is relatively lagging behind. Introduces the research progress of ecological restoration, the typical mining area ecological restoration research in China, including repair, repair subject, repair technology, related laws and rules,and from establishing the perfect legal system, establish and improve the management and law enforcement supervision system, strengthen the ecological restoration technology research, etc., to China＇s mining area ecological restoration research puts forward some suggestions.
