参芪扶正注射液对胃癌患者血清IL-2、NO及TNF-α的影响

Effects of shenqifuzheng injection to the level of IL-2,NO and TNF-αin serum of gastric cancer patients

目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液的抗肿瘤作用是否与影响患者血清白介素-2(IL-2)、血清一氧化氮(NO)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平有关,并观察参芪扶正注射液对晚期胃癌患者的体力状态评分(ECOG评分)、疾病无进展生存期(PFS)及1、2年存活率有无影响。方法:随机将43例40岁至80岁的晚期胃癌患者分为试验组(参芪扶正注射液+奥沙利铂+替吉奥组)和对照组(奥沙利铂+替吉奥组)两组,抽取入院当天和用药7 d后外周静脉血,检测两组患者血清IL-2、TNF-α及NO水平,将检测结果进行统计分析。结果:入院时试验组与对照组IL-2、TNF-α和NO水平差异无统计学意义。给药后试验组患者血清IL-2与NO水平较对照组患者明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,试验组无进展期及1、2年存活率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组给药后体力状态评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液抗肿瘤作用可能与升高血液中IL-2及NO水平有关。使用参芪扶正注射液可有效改善患者体力状态。

AIM： To explore whether the antitumor effect of shenqifuzheng injection is related with the levels of interleukin-2（ IL-2）,nitric oxide（ NO） and tumor necrosis factor-α（ TNF-α） in serum,and observe the impact of shenqifuzheng injection on the performance status（ ECOG score）,progression free survival（ PFS） and survival rate of 1and 2 year. METHODS： 43 patients aged 40 to 80 were divided into experimental group（ shenqifuzheng injection ＋ oxaliplatin ＋ S1） and control group（ oxaliplatin ＋ S1） randomly,extracted peripheral venous blood in 1st day in hospital and 7th day after used drug,detected the levels of IL-2,TNF-α and NO in serum of two groups,and analyzed the result of detection. RESULTS： There are no significant different between experimental group and control group in the levels of IL-2,TNF-α and NO at 1st day in hospital. The levels of IL-2 and NO in experimental group were higher than those in control group in 7th day after drug usage（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the control group,there are no significant differenas in the experimental group about the PFS and survival rate of 1 and 2 years（ P〉0. 05）. The ECOG scores of experimental group were lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION： The anti-tumor effects of shenqifuzheng injection may be concerned with the effect of rising the IL-2 and NO levels. And shenqifuzheng injection could help patients get better performance status.
