摘要
阐述肺络的实质,总结肺络的生理特点及功能,分析肺络病与特发性肺间质纤维化的相关性。回顾性总结和探讨从络论治特发性肺间质纤维化的临床应用,为特发性肺间质纤维化的治疗提供新的思路和理论依据。
This paper has expounded the essence of lung collaterals,summarized the physiological characters and function of lung collaterals,and analyzed the relevance between diseases of lung collaterals and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,and retrospectively summarized and discussed how to treat idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis based on the theory of collaterals,and provided new ideas and theoretical basis for treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
