丹蛭降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病降糖有效性的系统评价

Systematic Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Reducing Blood Glucose of Type 2 Diabetes Treated by Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule

目的:评价丹蛭降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病患者降糖作用的有效性。方法:计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、万方期刊数据库等相关资料,按照Cochrane系统评价的方法,客观评价纳入研究的质量,提取有效数据,采用Rev Man 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果 :共纳入10个随机对照试验,包括584例患者。结果显示,丹蛭降糖胶囊能降低2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖[SMD=0.43,95%CI(0.13,0.73),P<0.01],降低餐后2 h血糖[SMD=0.64,95%CI(0.47,0.81),P<0.01],降低糖化血红蛋白[SMD=0.38,95%CI(0.22,0.54),P<0.01]。结论:丹蛭降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病有降糖作用。

Objective：To evaluate the reducing blood glucose efficacy of Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule treating type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods：Randomized controlled trials were electronically retrieved from CBM,CNKI,Wanfang database,and so on. All studies were assessed according to the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of interventions and then effective data were analyzed by Rev Man 5.2 soft ware. Results：Ten randomized controlled trials involving 584 patients were included. Results of Meta-analysis showed that there was statistical difference in the Fasting plasma glucose [SMD =0.96,95% CI（0.50,1.43）,P0.01],2 h Postprandial blood glucose [SMD=0.64,95% CI（0.47,0.81）,P 0.01],Hemoglobin A1 c [SMD =0.38,95% CI（0.22,0.54）,P0.01]. Conclusion：Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule treating type 2 diabetes mellitus is efficacy.
