儿童原发性痛风1例报告

摘要 患儿男,14岁。因右足拇趾内侧关节肿痛2年半来我院就诊。患儿2年半前开始右足拇趾内侧关节肿痛,呈间歇发作,发作时表现为右足拇趾内侧关节疼痛、肿胀、局部发红、活动受限,禁肉食1周症状完全缓解。起初间隔半年发作1次,以后发作间隔逐渐缩短,半年前变为间隔2个月发作1次,未用药。左足及四肢其他关节无肿痛。无发热、皮疹、足跟痛、腰背痛、腹痛、血尿等伴随症状。患儿1个月前在外院就诊,
