摘要
利用人工气候箱模拟高温逆境,以籼稻Ⅱ优7954和粳稻连粳6号为材料,研究了高温下开花时间对颖花育性的影响。结果表明,高温下颖花开花紊乱,在高温处理时段之外有大量颖花开放;早开花(即高温开始前开花)有利于籼稻Ⅱ优7954和粳稻连粳6号提高受精率,晚开花(即高温结束后开花)有利于提高籼稻Ⅱ优7954的受精率但对提高粳稻连粳6号的受精率无作用。
Using Ⅱ You 7954,an indica hybrid rice combination,and Lianjing 6,a japonica rice variety,as the materials,the effects of flowering time on spikelet fertility were studied under high temperature stress in phytotron.The results showed that high temperature resulted in a decentralized daily flowering time with fewer spikelets blooming within the high temperature period and a lower flowering peak. The early flowering,i. e.,flowering before high temperature,was favorable to the increase of spikelet fertility of both indica rice Ⅱ You 7954 and japonica rice Lianjing 6,while the delayed flowering,i. e.,flowering after high temperature,was favorable to the increase of spikelet fertility of indica rice Ⅱ You 7954 but had no effect on increasing spikelet fertility of japonica rice Lianjing6.
