ON THE RESEARCH OF PARALLEL COMPUTING METHODS AND PARALLEL COMPUTERS

并行处理是当今世界的关键技术之一。本文论述我国发展并行处理与研究并行算法的意义,以及二者之间的关系,介绍国家自然科学基金重大项目“并行计算机与并行算法”中有关并行算法研究一年多来取得的进展,并对今后工作提出建议。

Parallel procession is one of the key technique in the world today. In this paper, the author emphsize the significance in development of parallel procession and in research of parallel computing methods. The relationship between them is discussed. As one of the main parts of the major project by the NSFC, some progress and advances in the research of parallel algorithms are reported.
