运动与心房颤动关系的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 心房颤动(房颤)是临床最常见的心律失常之一。60岁以上人群房颤患病率可达1%,而80岁以上人群房颤患病率高达10%以上。房颤可加重心力衰竭,导致卒中,增加致残率和死亡率等,已成为新世纪严重危害人群健康的心血管“流行病”。体育运动是心血管疾病一级预防和二级预防有效的生活干预方式之一。
