汪莲石治案浅探

Initial Research on WANG Lian-shi's Medical Records

近代薛逸山编辑的《澄心斋医案辑录》中辑录伤寒名家汪莲石临诊治案六则,内容完整详实,且具有代表性,弥足珍贵。择录治疗验案两则,以作浅析。治费访壶中风一案,记录了一个半月间的十次诊治,汪氏认为乃阳虚挟以湿痰之症,主以小续命汤合指迷茯苓丸治之。治任燮藩如夫人白喉风一案,记录了半个月中八次诊治,汪氏认为乃瘀凝热结,主以麻杏石甘及桃核承气汤之法。两则治案体现了汪氏擅用经方与温药的经验,为后学提供了临床参考。薛氏所录汪氏六则治案,值得进一步探讨。

WANG Lian-shi was a renowned doctor in the field of cold-damage. His six medical case records are collected in Cheng Xin Zhai Yi An Ji Lu, edited by XUE Yi-shan in modern times. Not only are these collections comprehensive and explicit, but also they are rare classical records. Here in this paper, two medical cases are illustrated and analyzed. The first one is a ten-time treatment within one and a half months to cure FEI Fang-hu who suffered from apoplexia. WANG pointed out that the cause was Yang deficiency with damp evil,prescribed with the decoction of Xiao Xu Ming and the pill of Zhi mi Ling. The second one is an eight-time treatment within half month to cure REN Xie-fan＇s concubine who suffered from diphtheria. WANG pointed out that blood stasis with heat should be given the treatment by decoction of Ma Xing Shi Gan and Tao He Cheng Qi. The Doctor Wang＇s experience of using classical formula and warming method were demonstrated by these two cases, which offered clinical references for following scholars. Thereby, WANG＇s six medical case records worth further discussions in XUE＇s collection.
