二维码技术在卫生许可信息公示中的运用

The Application in the Information Disclosure of the Health Permits with Two-dimensional Code Technology

《中华人民共和国行政许可法》、《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》中对作出准予行政许可决定信息的公示提出了相应要求,而在日常的许可信息公示中,全国各级卫生计生行政部门基本上都采取了门户网站公示方式,在一定的程度上存在着诸多不足。二维码技术凭借低成本、高可靠性、读取便利等优点在证件防伪领域应用广泛。本文以二维码技术为基础,结合卫生行政许可公示的要求,通过分析省内外现有公示方式、内容等方面的不足,结合二维码技术在卫生许可信息公示中的优点,提出了二维码技术在许可信息公示中的应用方式。

＂People＇s Republic of China Administrative Licensing Law＂ and ＂People＇s Republic of China Government Information Disclosure Regulations＂ has made certain requirements on the publicity of permissible administrative licensing information,and licensing information in the daily publicity in national health planning at all levels of the executive branch basically takes the portal public way. To a certain extent, there are many shortcomings. Twodimensional code technology with the advantages of low cost, high reliability, convenience and easy to read, is widely used in the fi eld of security documents. Based on the two-dimensional code technology and the requirements of administrative licensing publicity, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing publicity way inside and outside the province, such as lack of content analysis, and comes up with the two dimensional code technology application mode of publicity in the license information.
