摘要
针对航空发动机清洗系统方案论证的需要,以通用CFD软件为基础建立了发动机清洗过程中空气-液滴两相流场数值计算模型,对发动机不同工作状态、不同喷嘴参数的气流参数分布和液滴相对发动机的覆盖程度进行了分析,并对可行的清洗方案进行了讨论。研究结果表明:进气道中气流向上的速度分量对清洗液滴有显著影响;发动机冷转状态液滴的覆盖效果较为合理。
In order to satisfy the need of aero engine cleaning system design, the air-liquid drop two phase flow field simulation model of aero engine cleaning was established using CFD software. Flow parameter distributions and liquid drop covering range on engine condition were studied in detail. Also the feasible cleaning design upwards velocity component has great effect on cleaning liquid good on engine cold rotation condition. of different nozzle on different working was studied.
