摘要 针对宝钢1号高炉并罐无料钟布料过程中发生明显的炉料偏析现象,基于理论分析和现场测试结果,提出了有针对性的操业应对措施,得到了较为理想的煤气流分布,较大程度地减小了布料偏析对炉况的影响。并认识到,减小料罐内炉料粒度的偏析是基础,可通过调整挡板位置和切换溜槽角度的方法实现;适当增大矿批,可减少并罐布料过程中心喉管的蛇形偏析;通过优化布料模式,并缩短切罐和换向周期,可有效降低并罐布料偏析对煤气流分布偏析的影响。 Corresponding measures are proposed based on theoretical analysis and site test to deal with obvious burden segregation occurred during burden distribution in Baosteel's No. 1 BF bell-less top with parallel hoppers. These measures result in ideal gas flow distribution and less impact of burden segregation on furnace condition. The author also points out that reduction of burden grain size segregation inside the hopper is fundamental for solving the problem, which can be realized by means of adjusting damper position and switching chute tilting angle. Appropriately increase of ore batch amount can reduce snake segregation at central throat during distribution ; optimization of burden distribution mode and increase of hopper switchover frequency and changeover frequency can effectively weaken impact of burden segregation on gas flow distribution segregation.
