复杂机电产品中线缆敷设质量评估的变精度粗糙集决策方法 被引量:4

摘要 针对目前线缆敷设主要依靠现场装配工人的经验从而使得敷设质量难以得到保证的问题,提出了一种基于属性加权相似度的线缆敷设质量评估变精度粗糙集决策方法。首先通过综合考虑评估对象的多种属性,建立线缆敷设质量评估模型并对属性值进行量化处理;其次,在质量评估模型的基础上,结合变精度粗糙集理论形成线缆敷设质量评估规则;最后,应用属性加权相似度方法比较当前线缆敷设状态与决策系统中所有对象的相似程度,得到敷设质量决策结果,完成对线缆敷设的质量评估。实例结果表明,相较于传统的敷设质量评估方法,该方法能提供更加符合实际的决策结果。 For the current cable harness wiring mainly relied on the assembly workers' experience and made it difficult to get guaranteed quality problem,a VPRS decision-making method was proposed herein based on attribute weighted similarity measurement for cable harness wiring quality assessment.Firstly,aquality assessment model for cable harness wiring was established by overall considering multiple attributes of assesses objects.Secondly,the cable harness wiring quality assessment rules were formulated combined with the theory of VPRS on the basis of quality assessment model.Finally,similarity degrees among the current cable harness wiring status and all objects from the decision-making system were compared based on attribute weighted similarity,which could obtain the decision results of wiring quality,and complete the quality assessment.Example results show that the method presented can provide more realistic decision-making results compared to the traditional quality assessment method.
