摘要
为提高电网的输电能力和系统稳定性,提出一种基于功率灵敏度和机组再调度的割集断面潮流定向控制方法。以电流相关度系数矩阵为基础,推导出线路功率变量与节点注入功率变量之间的功率灵敏度矩阵,计算出平衡机对各线路的功率灵敏度,使平衡机参与到断面潮流定向控制中。以功率灵敏度矩阵为基础,根据断面潮流定向控制目标,在满足发电机可调量约束及线路冗余量约束的条件下,利用非线性优化得到断面潮流定向控制方案,对断面总潮流及断面各支路潮流实现定向控制。该方法克服了直流潮流法无法计算平衡机灵敏度的缺点,考虑了断面总潮流不变、断面支路潮流变化时的定向控制情况,在断面潮流控制精度及控制能力上有很大提高。在IEEE 39节点系统中对所提方法的正确性和优越性进行了验证。
To improve the power transmission capacity and the stability of power system, a directional control method of cut set interface power based on power sensitivity and generator re-dispatch is put forward. Based on the current correlation coefficient matrix, the power sensitivity matrix between line power variation and node injection power variation is derived. The power sensitivity of the balancing machine to each line is calculated and the balancing machine is involved in the interface power control. On the basis of the power sensitivity, according to the interface power control target, satisfying the constraints of adjustable output of the generators and line power redundancy and using nonlinear optimization to get the interface power control scheme, the power control targets of the whole interface and each line in the interface are achieved. The method overcomes the disadvantages that with DC power flow it is unable to calculate the sensitivity of balancing machine to lines. It considers the power control case in which the total power of the interface keeps invariant and the power of the lines in the interface changes. The method achieves great improvement in control precision and control ability compared with the former methods. The validity and superiority of the method are verified in the IEEE 39 bus system.
