摘要
现有国家标准GB/T13395—2008《电力设备带电水冲洗导则》只适用于交流10~220 kV的电力设备,500 kV带电水冲洗技术的应用仍属于尝试阶段。介绍了国内已开展的500 kV带电水冲洗试验研究结果及研究现状,同时分析了当前500 kV带电水冲洗技术试应用中存在的问题,这些问题是500 kV带电水冲洗推广应用的安全隐患。研究结果表明,保证500 kV带电水冲洗安全的技术指标是可接受的,实现推广应用在技术上是可行的。但还需要补充一些推广应用的研究与试验数据,以提高500 kV带电水冲洗技术的实用化水平,从而完善现有操作规程,有效指导500 kV带电水冲洗技术的推广应用,使该技术得到良性发展。
Since the existing national standard, GB/T 13395-2008 "Regulation of hot washing for electric power apparatus", is only applicable for 10-220 kV electric power apparatus, the technical application of 500 kV hot washing is still at tentative stage. This paper presents the testing research results and the current situation of domestic research of 500 kV hot washing. This paper also involves the analysis of some problems in current experimental application of 500 kV hot washing technique. There would be potential safety troubles during expanding application in the future. Existing research results indicate that the technical guidance is acceptable for safety of 500 kV hot washing, and feasible to carry out expansion application. But it still requires supplementary research and data of experiments, so that the practicability of 500 kV hot washing technique will be advanced. Perfect guidance would efficiently direct the application of hot washing in 500 kV system, and properly develop the technique.
