中美教师评价发展史异同对我国教师未来角色定位的启示

摘要 教师是教育体系中的重要参与者,教师的角色定位决定了教育效果。从社会发展对教师期望的角度,分析中美教师评价发展史的相似性和差异性,指出我国教师今后角色定位的方向,提出教学发展的具体要求,如具备进行专业化学习和发展的意识,能恰当处理教师、教材、学生三者的关系等。
