摘要
目的探讨高脂低碳水化合物膳食模式对肥胖大鼠影响。方法利用膳食模式建立营养性肥胖大鼠模型100只,用随机数字表法按体重分层随机分为普通饲料对照组20只(9.0%脂肪,78%碳水化合物)、高脂饲料组80只(70%脂肪,16%碳水化合物)。每天称进食量;每周称大鼠体重;第3和第11周测血脂;第10周进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验和胰岛素释放试验、第11周测瘦素和酮体。结果两组大鼠原摄食标准为85 g/3 d,对照组大鼠3 d内85 g食物全部食用,观察组大鼠摄食量明显下降,摄入能量减少,且与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组大鼠高脂低碳水化合物膳食模式进行第28天、第35天、第42天、第56天、第70 d体重增长明显,且与对照组同时间段比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组大鼠高脂低碳水化合物膳食模式进行到第9周后甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)明显高于对照组同期水平、而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)明显低于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组大鼠高脂低碳水化合物膳食模式进行70 d后,体重、脂肪垫重、Lee氏指数、脂肪体比等指标明显升高,脾体比明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组大鼠观察组在15 min餐后血糖水平明显高于对照组,且与比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组大鼠喂养70 d后瘦素、酮体等指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高脂低碳水化合物膳食模式使大鼠对脂代谢的调节能力下降,出现血脂紊乱。
Objective To investigate the effects of high fat and low carbohydrate diet pattern in obese rats. Methods 100 rats models with nutritional obesity utilization of dietary patterns were randomly divided into the normal diet control group 20 only by random number table( 9%fat,78% carbohydrate),high fat diet group was 80( 70% fat,16% carbohydrate). The food intake amount was recorded every day. The body weight and serum lipids of rats at third and eleventh week were recorded. The OGTT test and IRT test at tenth week were recorded. The leptin and ketone body were measured at eleventh weeks. Results The two groups of rats feeding standard was 85 g /3 d,the rats of control group was 85 g within 3 days of food eaten. The observation group food intake of rats decreased significantly,reduced energy intake. And there was a statistically significant difference compared with the control group( P 0. 05). The high fat and low carbohydrate diet model for twenty- eighth days,thirty- fifth days,forty- second days,fifty- sixth days,seventieth day of the observation group,weight gain significantly. The same time showed no significant differences( P 0. 05) of the control group. TG,TC of the observation group rats of high fat and low carbohydrate diet mode for up to ninth weeks was significantly higher than that in the control group. While the level of HDL- C of the same period was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant( P 0. 05). The high fat and low carbohydrate dietary patterns of the observation group of rats were 70 days. The body weight,fat pad weight,Lee's index,spleen body ratio,body fat ratio were compared with the control group. The differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05) different from the observation group. The postprandial blood glucose levels of the rats in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there was significant difference( P 0. 05). The two group rats were fed for 70 days of leptin,ketone index comparison difference has no statistical significance( P 0 05). Conclusion High fat and low carbohydrate diet model rats decreased ability to adjust lipid metabolism,lipid disorders.
