摘要
目的探讨卵巢浆液性腺癌术后组织中Ki-67基因和E-cadherin的表达及意义。方法选择2011年6月至2014年11月接诊的50例卵巢浆液性腺癌患者进行研究。卵巢浆液性腺癌术后组织作为观察组,肿瘤旁边组织作为对照组。通过免疫组化SP法检测组织中Ki-67基因和E-cadherin的表达。比较不同组织中Ki-67基因和Ecadherin的表达情况。分析卵巢浆液性腺癌术后组织中Ki-67基因和E-cadherin的表达与一般资料和临床病理资料的关系。结果观察组的Ki-67阳性率为88.00%,阳性蛋白在细胞核位置;E-cadherin阳性率为78.00%,阳性蛋白在细胞膜或者细胞浆,与对照组相比存在显著差异(P<0.05)。Ki-67的阳性表达率在体重指数、腹水癌细胞、脉管浸润、肿瘤转移中差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);在年龄、月经状况、民族、肿瘤大小、分化程度、分期中差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。E-cadherin的阳性表达率在分化程度、腹水癌细胞、脉管浸润中差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);在年龄、月经状况、民族、肿瘤大小、体重指数、分期、肿瘤转移中差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。E-cadherin的表达与Ki-67表达无关(P>0.05)。结论卵巢浆液性腺癌术后组织中Ki-67基因和E-cadherin的表达与患者体重指数、腹水癌细胞、脉管浸润、肿瘤转移、分化程度有关,可以作为治疗与预后的评价指标,但是两者在肿瘤发生、发展以及转移中无相关性。
Objective To evaluate the expression and its significance of Ki- 67 and E- cadherin in postoperative ovarian serous adenocarcinoma tissues. Methods Fifty patients with ovarian serous adenocarcinoma from June 2011 to November 2014 were researched. Postoperative ovarian serous adenocarcinoma tissue was considered as observation group. Beside the tumor tissue of the control group. The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect tissue Ki- 67 gene and the expression of E- cadherin. The different tissues Ki- 67 and E- cadherin gene expres-sion were compared. To analyze correlation of expression on E- cadherin and Ki- 67 gene in ovarian serous adenocarcinoma tissue after operation with clinical pathological data. Results Ki- 67 positive rate of observation group was 88. 00%. The E- cadherin positive rate was 78. 00%.The positive protein was found in the cell membrane or cell plasma,there was significant differences compared with control group( P 0. 05).The positive expression rate of Ki- 67 in body mass index( bmi),ascites cancer cells,vascular invasion,tumor metastasis had statistical significance( P 0. 05). Among age and menstrual status,ethnic,tumor size,differentiation degree,stage had no statistical significance( P 0. 05).E- cadherin positive expression rate in the degree of differentiation,ascites cancer cells,vascular infiltration had statistical significance( P 0. 05). In age,menstrual status,nationality,tumor size,body mass index,stage,tumor metastasis had no statistical significance( P 0. 05).The expression of Ki- 67 was not related with the expression of E- cadherin. Conclusion The Ki- 67 and E- cadherin of postoperative ovarian serous adenocarcinoma tissues are important factors in the body mass index( bmi),ascites cancer cells,vascular invasion,tumor metastasis,differentiation degree. They will be used to evaluate cancer prognosis and to guide treatment. But the two indices do not have synergy in development,invasion,and transfer process of ovarian serous adenocarcinoma.
