摘要
从某铜矿区矿坑水中分离筛选出5株菌。对筛选出的细菌进行培养、驯化后发现,QS1为最佳中温菌(33℃),QS5为最佳中等嗜热菌(45℃)。用这2株菌浸出含铜硫化矿,并与实验室保存的相同温度菌种的浸出效果进行对比,结果表明:相同试验条件下,属地菌QS1和QS5显示出较高的铜浸出率;延长驯化时间,属地菌表现出更高的优越性。
Five strains of bacteria were screened out from a copper mine water.Through cultivation and domestication,QS1 bacteria was the best mesophilic bacteria(33 ℃),QS5 was the best moderately thermophilic bacteria(45 ℃).The two strains were used to bioleach sulfide ore,the leaching results were compared with that of the preservated strains in laboratory.Under the same experimental conditions,QS1 bacteria and QS5 bacteria shows high leaching efficiency.If extending domestication time,the earthly bacteria will be better performance for leaching the ore.
