摘要
研究了用低温碱性焙烧—水浸工艺从石煤矿中提取钒,考察了焙烧条件(碱矿质量比、盐矿质量比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间)及浸出条件(温度、时间、液固体积质量比)对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明:在焙烧温度500℃、焙烧时间1.0h、碱(NaOH)矿(脱碳料)质量比1.5、盐(NaNO3)矿(脱碳料)质量比0.50~0.75的最佳条件下进行焙烧,然后在温度60℃、液固体积质量比4∶1条件下浸出1h,钒浸出率最高可达99.0%。
The process of extracting vanadium from stone coal at low temperature by alkaline roasting was studied.The effects of various factors,such as alkaline-ore mass ratio,salt-ore mass ratio,roasting temperature and roasting time on the leaching of vanadium were examined.The results show that the optimum conditions of the process are determined as follows:alkaline-ore mass ratio of 1.5,salt-ore mass ratio of 0.50-0.75,roasting temperature of 500 ℃,roasting time of 1h.The leaching rate of vanadium is up to 99.0% under the optimum operation conditions.
