摘要
研究了从白合金中湿法回收钴。在硫酸体系中,以空气作氧化剂,采用机械活化钴白合金,考察了活化时间、反应温度及浸出剂浓度对钴浸出率的影响。结果表明:钴浸出率随机械活化时间延长、反应温度升高、浸出剂浓度增大而提高;机械活化使白合金颗粒变细,比表面积增大,活性增强,从而有利于金属浸出;在硫酸浓度为3mol/L、反应温度为80℃、浸出时间为12h、液固体积质量比为8∶1、空气通入量为4L/min、搅拌速度为150r/min条件下,未活化钴白合金的钴浸出率为63.2%,而活化60 min的钴白合金的钴浸出率为96.1%。
Leaching of cobalt from white cobalt alloy using sulfuric acid by mechanical activation was studied.The effects of activation time,leaching temperature and sulfuric acid concentration on leaching of cobalt using air as oxidant in H2SO4 medium were examined.The results show that leaching of cobalt increases with activation time,leaching temperature and sulfuric acid concentration.Mechanical activation could improve leaching of cobalt bacause particles became smaller,specific surface energy increase.Under the conditions of sulfuric acid concentration of 3mol/L,temperature of 80 ℃,liquidto-solid ratio of 8∶1,air flux of 4L/min,leaching time of 12 hand stirring rate of 150r/min,the leaching rate of cobalt is 96.1% and 63.2% for activating 60 min and unactivating samples,respectively.
