摘要
研究了贵州某高硫铝土矿焙烧后的预脱硅和矿浆沉降性能。结果表明:随焙烧时间延长和温度升高,预脱硅率升高;随矿浆固含量增加,预脱硅率降低;石灰添加量对预脱硅影响不大;随苛性碱质量浓度增大,预脱硅率升高;在苛性碱质量浓度248g/L、石灰添加量9%、反应时间8h、温度100℃、矿浆固含量300g/L适宜条件下,预脱硅率为64.5%左右;稀释矿浆苛性碱质量浓度为160g/L,矿浆沉降速度10m/h,矿浆固含量以70g/L为宜,絮凝剂添加量为80g/t左右。
The pre-desilicification and settling property of a high-sulfur bauxite calcinated desulfurization from Guizhou were researched.The results show that pre-desilication rate increases with increasing of reaction time,temperature and caustic concentration,the pre-desilication rate decreases with increasing of solid content.Lime addition has little effect on the pre-desilication rate.The optimal pre-desilication process conditions are caustic concentration of 248g/L,lime addition of9%,reaction time of 8h,temperature of 100 ℃,and solid content of 300g/L.Under the optimal conditions,the pre-desilication rate can reach 64.5%.When the caustic concentration in the diluted slurry is 160g/L,the solid content is lower 80g/L,flocculant dosage is about 80g/t,sedimentation velocity of slurry can reach 10m/h.
