Leaching of Zn and Mn From Spent Zinc-manganese Batteries Material in H_2O_2/H_2SO_4 System

摘要 利用H2SO4/H2O2体系从碱性锌锰电池中浸出锌和锰,考察了硫酸浓度、H2O2浓度、温度、固液质量体积比和浸出时间对锌、锰浸出率的影响。结果表明:硫酸体系中加入H2O2,可显著提高锌、锰浸出率;在硫酸浓度0.55mol/L、H2O2浓度0.66mol/L、浸出温度50℃、固液质量体积比1∶30条件下浸出60min,锌、锰浸出率分别达97%和94%,浸出效果良好。 Leaching of Zn and Mn from spent zinc-manganese batteries material in H2O2/H2SO4 solution was researched.Effects of H2SO4 concentration,H2O2 concentration,solid/liquid ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time on leaching rate of Zn and Mn were examined.The results show that the existence of H2O2 in H2SO4solution is conducive to leach of Zn and Mn.When H2SO4 concentration is0.55mol/L,H2O2 concentration is 0.66mol/L,solid/liquid rate is 1∶30,reaction temperature is 50℃ and reaction time is 60 min, the leaching rate of Zn and Mn can reach 97%and 94%,respectively.The effect is good.
