摘要
用煤矸石制备聚合硫酸铝铁(PAFS),研究了铁铝物质的量比、体系pH、聚合时间、聚合温度对PAFS去浊性能的影响,确定了制备PAFS的优化条件:c(Al 3++Fe3+)=0.6mol/L,铁铝物质的量比为10∶3,体系pH=0.8,聚合时间7h,聚合温度60℃,室温下熟化24h。用优化条件下制备的PAFS处理洗煤废水,在洗煤废水pH=8.0、5%PAFS用量为6mL/800mL洗煤废水优化条件下,洗煤废水余浊达20%以下。
The preparation of polymeric aluminum ferric sulfate(PAFS)using coal gangue and treatment of coal-washing wastewater were researched.The influence of iron to aluminum ratio,system pH,polymerization temperature and polymerization time on turbidity removal character of the PAFS were examined.The optimum conditions for preparation of PAFS were determined:c(Al 3++Fe3+)=0.6mol/L,ratio of iron to aluminum is 10∶3,system pH=0.8,polymerization temperature is60 ℃,polymerization time is 7h,and aging time at room temperature is 24 h.Finally,the coal-washing wastewater is treated by the prepared PAFS under the optimum conditions,and the proper conditions are pH of 8.0,the 5%PAFS addition amount of 6mL for 800 mL wastewater.The wastewater residual turbidity deduces to lower than 20%.
