摘要
对比了Al-XO、Al-CAS两种铝离子质量浓度测定方法,优化了两种方法的测定条件,建立了标准曲线,同时比较了线性范围、灵敏度、检出限等,并将两种方法用于实际水样的测定。结果表明:Al-CAS法灵敏度高,但选择性不好;Al-XO法线性范围宽、选择性好、操作简便、稳定性好,灵敏度和准确度均能满足要求,是准确测定环境中痕量Al 3+的较好方法。
The two kinds of determination methods for Al^3+ were compared.The determination conditions were optimized,and standard curve were established,and the linear range,sensitivity and limits of detection(LOD)were compared for the two methods.The two methods were applied to determine water samples.The results show that the Al-CAS method has a good sensitivity,but the selectivity is not so good.Whereas the Al-XO method has wide linear range,good selectivity and stability.The sensitivity and accuracy of Al-XO method can satisfy analysis requests and is a better analytical method for accurate determination of trace Al3+ in environment water samples.
