Dear Colleagues, It gives me great pleasure to come to the beautiful city of Ufa to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization （SCO） Summit. Let me thank our host, the Russian Federation, for its meticulous preparations and hospitality. We also applaud Russia for its effective work in the past year to promote SCO cooperation in various fields, which has laid a solid foundation for strengthening the SCO.
