摘要
商业模式创新是商业房地产企业转型升级的法宝,创新实施是成功转型升级的关键环节。本文从业务模式、运营模式、金融模式、盈利模式与企业价值内在影响机制构建商业地产的商业模式体系,以宝龙地产为例,探析四个模式面临的挑战,并提出商业模式创新实施的路径选择。
The business model innovation is the magic of commercial real estate business transformation and upgrading.Innovation implementation is the key to the successful transformation and upgrading.This paper has built commercial real estate business model system from inherent impact mechanism between the business model,financial model,profit model and enterprise value,and then taking the POWERLONG real estate company for an example to explane the four modes' challenges and proposed the path selection of implementation of business model innovation.
