摘要
对云南省元江县、元谋县、元阳县3地引种栽植的辣木籽营养成分进行了测定。结果表明,辣木籽营养成分丰富,其中总糖含量为6.9%-9.5%,蛋白质含量为36.2%~38.7%,脂肪含量为33.8%-38.2%,钾含量为515.3-617.6mg/100g,钙含量为95.0-135.3mg/100g,铁含量为2.9~3.5mg/100g。3个引种试验点中元阳县所产辣木籽品质最好。且辣木在云南干热河谷地区适应性好,生长快,含油率高,是良好的经济作物。
In order to provide a scientific basis for development and utilization of Moringa oleifera, nutritional com- ponents of Moringa oleifera seeds introduced to Yuanjiang, Yuanmou and Yuanyang were evaluated. The results showed that the seed of M. oleifera is rich in nutrition. The total sugar content was 6. 9 % - 9. 5 %, protein 36. 2 % -38.7 %, fat 33. 8 % -38.2 %, potassium at 515.3 -617.6 mg/100g, calcium at 95.0 - 135.3 mg/100g, and iron at 2. 9 - 3.5 mg/100g. Among all these three counties, Yuanyang is the best place for the growth of high quality M. oleifera seed. Moreover, M. oleifera is gaining fame for its good adaptability, fast growth speed and high oil content.
