摘要
地方高校在转型发展过程中,由于人们在认识上存在误区,导致在态度上观望,行动上迟缓。针对地方高校在转型发展的过程中,人们对学校现有状况及办学传统和转型发展的关系、转型中的重建与创新的关系、办学类型定位和人才培养目标定位的关系、人才培养结构的内部关系、职业性和学术性的关系、转型后毕业生就业等问题上存在的误区,提出推进地方高校转型发展要正确处理政府与高校的关系、防止新的"同质化"倾向,并充分发挥高校办学主体作用。
During the process of transformation and development of local universities, the wrong cognition about the relation among university's current situation,school tradition and transformation and development, and the relations between reconstruction and innovation in transformation and development, between school type and objectives in talent cultivation, between profession and academics,and the relation among inner factors of talent cultivation as well as graduates' employment after transformation and development leads to "wait and see"attitude and failure to act quickly. This paper analyzes the wrong cognition and puts forward proposals of promoting steadily transformation and development of local universities to improve people's cognition and realize healthy transformation. The main suggestions include to correctly dispose the relationship between government and higher education institutes, avoid the tendency of homogenization, and fully play the subject role of higher education institutes in school-running.
