摘要
野葛是一类重要的中草药,其根茎中含有葛根素、大豆甙元等异黄酮化合物,具有保护心肌、保护缺血缺氧组织、抗氧化作用、调控细胞凋亡、抗炎作用、降压作用、抑制动脉粥样硬化和抑制黑色素的形成等功效,广泛应用于各类疾病的治疗。在此对野葛的药理活性和临床应用的研究成果进行归纳和总结,以期为野葛异黄酮化合物的科学研究与高效利用提供理论基础。
Pueraria lobata is an important traditional Chinese herb, and it has many ingredients of isoflavone compounds in root and stem, in- cluding puerarin, daidzein and so on. Previous reports showed that Pueraria lobata had key pharmacological function, such as protection myocar- dium, protection tissue of hypoxic ischemia, antopxidation, regulation apoptosis, anti-inflammatory effect, antihypertensive effect, inhibition ath- erosclerosis and formation of melanin. Therefore, it was widely used to curing many diseases. This paper focused on pharmacological function and clinical application of Pueraria lobata, in order to provide theoretical basis for its scientific research and efficient utilization.
