厚壳贻贝的钙化和呼吸对海洋酸化的响应 被引量:2

摘要 模拟了未来海洋酸化环境,采用碱度异常技术(Alkalinity anomaly technique)对生活在酸化海水中的厚壳贻贝的钙化率和呼吸率进行了测定。结果表明,厚壳贻贝的钙化和呼吸活动在酸化环境中发生显著变化,随着酸性程度的增加而骤降。当海水p H为7.80时,钙化率下降约43%,随后在p H 7.20时降至0。当海水酸碱度趋于中性时,呼吸率和耗氧率分别下降23.5%和11.0%,此时呼吸熵也明显变化。这些变化对厚壳贻贝而言是一个潜在的致命威胁。
