摘要 [目的]研究睡眠剥夺对雄性小鼠性行为及精子活性的影响。[方法]用轻柔刺激法睡眠剥夺昆明雄性小鼠36 h,观察其性行为,通过镜检计算精子活率和精子畸变率。[结果]36 h睡眠剥夺后,捕捉潜伏期极显著升高(P<0.01),捕捉次数极显著降低(P<0.01)。36 h睡眠剥夺后精子活率显著降低(P<0.05),精子畸变率极显著升高(P<0.01)。[结论]36 h睡眠剥夺可对雄性小鼠性行为及精子质量产生明显不良影响。 [ Objective ] The aim was to study the sleep deprivation on sex behavior and sperm quality of male mice. [ Method ] The mice in the treated groups (36 h) were sleep deprived using gentle handling method. Sex behavior, sperm motility and the sperm abnormality were ex- amined in treated and control group. [ Result] There is extremely significant difference between 36 h sleep deprivation group and the control group in capture times and capture incubation period ( both P 〈 O. O1 ) ; and there are significant difference in treated group compared with con- trol group in the sperm motility ( P 〈 0.05 ) and the sperm abnormality (P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion] It was concluded that 36 h sleep depriva- tion have a significant adverse impact on sex behavior and sperm quality of male mice.
