巴林右旗农牧民收入增长问题研究

The Study on the Problem of Increasing the Income of Farmers and Herdsmen in Balinyou Banner

根据《内蒙古统计年鉴》数据，分析了1984～2012年巴林右旗农牧民收入增长情况，按照其变化趋势将这一时期农牧民收入分为9个阶段，分析了农牧民收入增长缓慢的主要原因，有针对性地提出了促进农牧民增收的对策建议。

According to the data of the Inner Mongolia Statistical Yearbook, it analyzes the growth of income of farmers and herdsmen in Balinyou Banner from 1984 to 2012. On the basis of its shifting trend, the income of farmers and herdsmen in this period is divided into 9 sta- ges, the main reasons for the slow increase of farmers＇income are analyzed, and some countermeasures are put forward to improve the income of farmers and herdsmen.
