云南省在丝绸之路经济带发展中的资源环境基础分析

Analysis of the Resource- environmental Base of Yunnan Province in the Silk Road Economic Belt

分析了云南省资源环境基础特征,对云南省资源环境保障态势进行了评价。作为丝绸之路经济带的参与者,云南省的资源总量丰富,人均量充足,水、土组合表现较佳,矿产资源优势突出。这使云南省在丝绸之路经济带中的资源环境组合丰度较高、支撑保障程度和匹配程度中等。分析云南省资源环境基础特征,对实现中国丝绸之路经济带云南段经济社会的跨越发展具有理论价值。

The basic characteristics of Yunnan resource environment were analyzed, the safeguard state was evaluated. As a participant in the Silk Road Economic Belt, Yunnan Province has abundant resources, relatively more resource per capita, water and soil better combination, and obvious rich mineral resources. These make Yunnan play a key role in the Silk Road Economic Belt. The,combination of resource-environ- mental is high, resource-environmental base supportability and matching degree are on the middle level. The resource-environan Province was finally analyzed to achieve spanning development of Yunnan Province economy and society in the^ilk Road basis of Yun- Economic Belt.
