不同含量溶剂对PVDF/TiO_2微滤膜性能的影响 被引量:3

EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT SOLVENT CONTENTS ON PVDF/TiO_2 MICROFILTRATION MEMBRANE PERFORMANCE

摘要 通过相转化法分别制备了PVDF/TiO2平板微滤膜,主要研究铸膜液溶剂含量对相转化法成膜性能的影响。通过对铸膜液成膜纯水通量、接触角、临界通量、孔隙率和膜表面孔结构,以及成膜30 min内污染速率进行实验测定,进而表征膜的透水性能、亲水性能、过滤性能和抗污染性能等成膜性能。结果表明,当溶剂体积含量占总溶液体积含量的80%时,所配制的铸膜液成膜性能较好,且与溶剂浓度比成反比关系。 Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)/TiO2 tim-sheet membrane was prepared by phase inversion method, and the effects of solvent contents on membrane-forming properties were investigated. By analyzing the pure water flux,contact angle, critical flux, pore rate, surface pore structure, and membrane fouling rate in 30 min, membrane performance including water permeability, hydrophilic properties, filtration performance and anti-pollution performance of membrane were characterized. The results showed that the membrane formed by casting solution exhibited the best performance when the solvent content was 80%. Moreover, the performance of membrane was inversely proportional to the solvent concentration.
