摘要
针对曝气生物滤池(BAF)和膜生物反应器(MBR)联用工艺,研究不同条件下系统的启动及运行情况。实验结果表明,温度对BAF的启动有十分显著的影响;启动阶段设置BAF的回流有助于系统的快速启动;系统出水的COD和NH4+-N、TN、TP的质量浓度平均分别为8 mg/L和0.25、9.0、0.33 mg/L,均优于一级A标准。静态化学除磷投加量达到80 mg/L时,出水TP的质量浓度达到0.32 mg/L。在MBR中投加硫酸铝进行同步化学除磷时,适宜投加比为30 mg/L,出水T的质量浓度P达到0.33 mg/L,相比于烧杯实验节省了58.2%的投药量。
Start-up and operation of the combined process of biological aerated filter (BAF) and aerobic membrane bioreactor (MBR) were studied under different conditions. The results showed that: temperature had a very significant effect on the start-up of BAF; the reflux of BAF could make the stat-up quickly; the mean values of COD and mass concentration of NH4+-N, TN and TP in the effluent were 8 mg/L and 0.25 mg/L, 9.0 mg/L and 0.33 mg/L respectively, which satisfied the I-A criteria specified in GB 18918-2002. When the dosage of static chemical phosphorus removal with aluminum sulfate was 80 mg/L, the mass concentration of TP was 0.32 mg/L. When the dosage of synchronous assisted aluminum sulfate in the post integrated MBR was 30 mg/L, the mass concentration of TP could be reduced to 0.33 mg/L. The average dosage was reduced by 58.2% and the membrane fouling was decreased.
