倍骼生与羟基磷灰石在牙槽骨修复中的效果比较 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :观察比较倍骼生 (bioglass)与羟基磷灰石 (HA)在牙槽骨修复中的效果 ,为临床上人工骨材料的选择和使用提供实验依据。方法 :将 2 4只成年家兔随机分成 2组 ,纵行劈开其一侧下颌骨下缘形成牙槽骨缺损模型 ,分别植入倍骼生和HA ,术后 4、8、1 2周时取术区标本行大体观察、放射检查和组织学检查 ,得出骨修复的速度和质量结果。结果 :Bioglass与HA均可修复牙槽骨缺损 ,bioglass组诱导新骨形成的速度和质量均优于HA组。结论 :Bioglass是一种比HA更理想的骨修复材料。 Objective: To observe and compare the effect of Bioglass and Hydroxyapactite in the repair of alveolar bone. Methods: Twenty four rabbits were randomly divided into two groups. The first group was treated with Bioglass and the second with Hydroxyapactite (HA). In the 4th, 8th, 12th weeks after surgery, the condition of bone regeneration was observed with radiological and pathological methods. Results: Statistical analysis showed a significant difference between the two groups. Bioglass could induce guide bone regeneration faster than hydroxyapatite, and could be substituted by new bone to form completely normal bone. Conclusion: Since Bioglass is more effective than HA in promoting bone regeneration, it is an ideal substitute for bone repair.
